Matters Arising

• Treasurer Report

The Treasurer provided the Committee with an update on the club’s financial situation. The club bank account currently stands at £======, but the FA Affiliation and Winchester League fees remain outstanding.

• Registration and Training Fees

Registration fees for Season 07/08 will be as follows;

 Ladies Registration - £22 to be returned     July 07

 Youth Registration - £12 to be returned July 07

   All training - £3 per session

• Sponsorship

Companies are still being approached in order to gain sponsorship for next season. The committee are to be kept aware of all approaches.

       Fun-day/Awards Evening

The Fun-day will take place on Saturday 7^th July @ Grange School playing fields at 1pm.  The Awards / Presentations will take place on the same date @ the Crossley Centre starting at 7.30pm. All committee members to arrive for 7pm to help set the hall up.

• Training

Training is to be agreed between the coaching staff. The agreed schedule was;

U/12 & U14 Tuesday Evenings

U/16 & Ladies Wednesday Evenings

Ladies pre-season training will commence on 13^th June @ Grange School – 6.30pm.

A venue for winter training is still to be finalised, Chris Harris to confirm availability of HMS Collingwood.

       Under 12 - tbc

       Under 14A – Pete Huntington & Darren Ward

       Under 14B – Steve Cassese

       Under 16 – Alan Bowes

       Ladies – Chris Harris & Steve Higgins

All team kits to be returned to Chris Harris for checking.

• Team Photos

Squad photos for all teams will be carried out at the Fun Day.

• Training

It was noted that parents have been joining in training sessions. This must cease immediately in order to comply with the club’s insurance guidelines.
